Booking Policy

By confirming your booking, you are agreeing that you have read and will comply with all the following terms.

Additional hours over half day: 140AUD/hr or $120/hr USD

 

An $80 surcharge applies for bookings before 8am, as this impacts bookings for the rest of the day as well as the evening prior. The surcharge is waived for full day bookings.

- Rates are based on a single photographer shooting still photos. Please inquire for workshop rates. If you wish to shoot with a second or third shooter this must be discussed and agreed upon first and there will be a 30% second shooter fee. I have a strict policy of only one photographer shooting at a time.

- My fees will not be prorated if you choose to end our shoot early.

- Includes allowance for up to maximum one hour total travel time to and from the location. Each additional hour of travel is charged at $20/hr
- Full day time frame includes 1hr total meal break

TO CONFIRM AND LOCK IN A BOOKING

I require a booking fee which is equivalent to a 30% deposit to secure the booking (non-refundable but may be transferable limited up to two months, or until only the next tour to the same city) - until this booking fee has been received and acknowledged the booking is not considered confirmed. I will hold the desired booking date/time for 48 hours only.

The remaining balance is due in cash, Paypal or Venmo at the start of the shoot, electronic transfers for balance are possible but attract a 10% invoicing charge. *I have rarely cancelled a tour or booking, but if I ever do your deposit will be immediately returned in full.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled commencement of the published tour dates for your city will result in the retention of your deposit.

• For cancellations occurring within 10 days or less before the start of the published tour dates, a fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed booking fee will apply.

• Should a cancellation take place within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, the full 100% of the agreed booking fee will be charged.

• It's crucial for the photographer/s to have an alternative indoor plan in case of unfavorable weather conditions. Rescheduling of bookings is possible within the advertised tour dates, subject to my availability. Deposits can also be applied to rescheduled shoots within a 2-month window, based on my availability in your area.

• I kindly request your consideration for the fact that this is my primary occupation and sole source of income, which holds particular significance while I am on the move. Your foresight in planning is greatly appreciated.. Thank you.

TRAVEL

My mode of transportation is restricted to public transit. I am willing to journey for up to one hour each direction to reach shooting venues. Distances surpassing this will incur an additional fee of $20 per hour. However, this rate is open to discussion for full-day or multi-day bookings.

In instances involving shoots at various locations, the timekeeping commences at the initial location and continues during transit between sites. The clock does not pause during travel.

LIMITATIONS

-I will not, at any time, do “open leg” poses while nude, bent over explicit, overly sexual or lewd poses.

-Physical contact from the photographer is not acceptable. Communication through verbal guidance is generally sufficient. If anything needs to be adjusted please ask fist, as I can often make necessary corrections myself.

-I maintain the right to decline poses, themes, or concepts that I deem as cliché, tacky, distasteful, demeaning, offensive, or inconsistent with my personal image. To prevent any potential discomfort, please clearly communicate your desired photo style during our initial discussions.

-I do not sign releases allowing the use of my work on Adult/Pornographic/“Pay sites”

HAIR/MAKEUP/WARDROBE

I will arrive prepared with hair and makeup done, as well as any prearranged wardrobe pieces or props in my possession.

MULTIPLE DAY BOOKINGS

I am open to negotiating reduced rates for bookings spanning multiple days, enabling the chance to venture to distant and distinctive destinations. Typically, I propose a fixed charge along with the request for accommodation, travel expenses, and meals to be provided throughout the duration of the booking.

COMMUNICATION!!!

Effective communication is essential! I view these shoots as a collaborative creative endeavor, aiming to provide my utmost effort. However, achieving this becomes challenging without good communication. Please don't hesitate to express your feelings about poses—whether positive or negative—since I can readily make adjustments without any offense.

Prior to the shoot, early communication is key. I request that you provide details about the desired style, location, and any outfits you want me to bring. Timely information significantly assists in tour organization. Please be succinct and reduce the amount of back and forth messages to as minimal as possible.

FLEXIBILITY/STRENGTH

Please do not simply assume that I am always able to perform all the things you see in my Portfolio. Some of the images are 10-12 years old. While my physique still looks the same, I am no longer studying silks/lyra, nor is my yoga practice as dedicated. I'm still fairly flexible and quite strong inherently, but I can't currently do the splits for example. So please communicate if you are desiring me to be flexible in these ways.

EARLY MORNING SHOOTS

MESSY SHOOTS

Please give me advance notice if you require me to get my hair wet, or to cover myself with any substance including oil or paint. I need to either ensure there must be facilities available to clean up, and sufficient time to do so must be allotted (within my billable hours)

​

DUO SHOOTS

I very much enjoy working with other models, its one of my favorites actually. I require advance notice so that I can communicate/meet up with the model and ensure we will work well together.

​

IMPORTANT

I reserve the right to terminate a shoot at any point if any of the aforementioned agreements are broken. Pay will still be expected in full.
